Did you know?

Copper-silver ionization technology was developed by NASA in the 1960s to purify drinking water during space missions. Today it is used in swimming pools and for drinking water around the world.

What makes ClearBlue ionizers different from others?

Precise ion diffusion

  • With this unique Clearblue feature, avoid excessive wear and tear on your electrodes and ensure you have the perfect dose of ions in your pool or spa.

Automatic regulation

  • Automatic maintenance of your pool and spa is provided by the ClearBlue microprocessor.

This technology makes maintenance easier and ensures rigorous monitoring even when you are not there.

LED indicator light

  • Ensure optimal operation using the indicator light on the Clearblue digital controller.

Silver and Copper Technology

Opur Silver and Copper technology uses ionization to eliminate bacteria, algae and impurities from water, offering an environmentally friendly alternative to chemical treatments. Copper and silver electrodes release active ions that effectively purify water, reducing chlorine usage while ensuring healthy, crystal clear water.

What does ionization of your pool or spa water mean?

The ClearBlue Ionizer continuously releases a precise amount of microscopic ions into the water, to control bacteria and algae. The system constantly maintains a concentration of ions in the water to keep the water pure and healthy.

Effects of different ions on water:

  • Silver (Ag) destroys bacteria and viruses
  • Copper (Cu) destroys algae and fungi
  • Zinc (Zn) helps keep ions suspended
Copper-silver ionization provides effective and natural purification for your pool or spa.

How does ionization work?

An ionizer is placed between the filter and the water return of your in-ground, above-ground or spa pool. A microprocessor controls the emission of a small electrical discharge so that it releases ions into the water:

silver (10%),

zinc (10%)

and copper (80%)

to purify water naturally!
